Coach Troy's Power File and Training Log, Oct. 8, 2009
Hello and thanks for checking in on my training log reports. Today is Thursday, Oct. 8th. On Tuesday, I did another aerobic endurance ride, focused on building my muscular endurance especially. The route took me from my home 'uphill', climbing Oracle Road to Saddle Brook, a retirement community nestled at the foot of the Catalina mountains. Really a great ride of just over 30 miles with some nice steady climbs that enable you to work on pedaling stroke technique. . . . keep reading

Coach Troy's Power File and Training Log, Oct. 2, 2009
Greetings and thanks for reading as I post bits and pieces of my training for my 'comeback' as a Masters athlete. Woohhooo!! :)
Friday, Oct. 2 was scheduled to be my 'aerobic/muscular endurance' day on the bike. I had a 1 hr easy aerobic bike (Recovery zone) and 30 minute easy aerobic run the day before, so I was confident I'd have good legs going in the workout on Friday. . . . keep reading

Here's what our members are saying ...
Coach Troy:
I must thank you, once again! Thanks to your advice and amazing Spinervals training videos, I just finished my first Ironman event - Ironman Louisville! I currently live in Orlando and must do all of my training on a bike trainer and treadmill. Thanks to your videos and suggestions, I finished the event in under 16 hours and felt great afterwards (I was just hoping to finish)! I can't wait to do my next Iron event - shooting for Ironman Wisconsin 2010.
Thanks so much!
Kim F.
Ironman Finisher!
"I just purchased the "On The Road" Volume 1 DVD. My wife and I both tried
it and found it to be an excellent DVD. The visual of riding on the road
helps with the usual difficulty in sustaining indoor riding on a trainer.
We liked it so much that I went out to buy volume 2. I love this mode of
the spinervals videos."

"Overall, I am now a much stronger and more efficient rider than I was just five months ago, thanks to your DVD series. I simply rotated through them all every four weeks."

"I can't say enough about how valuable your site and DVD of the Month Club has been for my performance. I look forward to receiving my new training workout each month!"
