Spinervals Video Shoot

November 8, 2009 | Chanhassen, MN - On Nov. 8, 2009 Coach Troy and the production crew from Lifesports, Inc. videotaped three new Spinervals Competition Series DVDs at Life Time Fitness featuring athletes from the Twin Cities triathlon and cycling communities.

In the first video of the day, Life Time Fitness corporate team members and other athletes who compete in the Life Time Fitness sponsored Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race rode in a high intensity hour workout. The featured rider was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Life Time Fitness, Bahram Akradi.

The second taping included over 40 athletes from the local community and members from the Gear West Bike and Triathlon Elite racing team. Another interval session, this workout will be very popular among triathletes and criterium racers alike.

The third taping focused on technique development and will be perfect for anyone interested in improving their pedaling efficiency.

Look for these new titles to be made available by January 2010. To view the pictures from the various video tapings, click HERE.
