The 12 WEEK PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING PLAN is a custom training program developed specifically to help you reach your fitness and strength goals for competition or for overall better health and well-being or just to look and feel better. Your certified personal trainer will work closely with you to develop the ideal strength training program for you and monitor your progress and results along the way with weekly email communication and phone consultations. Affordable and effective, this program will help you stay focused and motivated on your way to a better body!

As a 12-WEEK Strength training Plan client, you'll receive a customized exercise/ training schedule created by your personal trainer including:

- Two 20-30 minute phone appointments to monitor and discuss your progress.
- One (1) FREE Training DVD Specific to your training needs.
- Unlimited Email Communication.
- Two (2) 20-30 minute phone consultations to monitor your progress and results.

The 12-WEEK Strength Training Program is one that is tailored to suit your individual needs by a certified personal trainer and is recommended for the competitive athlete who needs to improve strength as well as for anyone who wants to tone and shape their body with professional guidance. Affordable and effective, this program will assist you in staying focused and motivated to reach your personal fitness goals and get in the kind of shape you've always wanted.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
- This COACHING PROGRAM has a minimum term of 3-months.
After the 3-months, you may cancel service whenever you wish.
There are no refunds for services rendered.
Our office will contact you shortly after we receive your order for coaching to obtain additional information pertinent to your coaching program as well as to send you training DVDs associated with your training program.
It is understood that your coaching contract is the property of TJM and that your credit card statement will be billed by Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC.
You may contact our office with any billing or other administrative questions or concerns.
Upon signing up for coaching services, our office and your coach will be in contact with you to initiate your program within 2-business days.
